Notes
- • I don't have any footage of the Carne Asada marinate process because my mom did it but I think you can figure it out :-)

Method
- 1
Mix together the orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, soy sauce, jalapeno, garlic, cilantro, brown sugar, salt, pepper, oregano, chili powder, cumin, paprika, and cayenne in a large measuring cup.
- 2
Put the flank steak in a big ziploc bag then pour the marinade on top.
- 3
Squeeze the air out of the bag before sealing then massage the marinade into the meat. Let it sit overnight.
- 4
The next day, go out to the garden so you can harvest the radishes, arugula, and cilantro.
- 5
Gather your other toppings of choice such as salsa and/or guacamole - bonus points if they are homemade!
- 6
Preheat the grill to a high heat in the range of 400 to 500 degrees.
- 7
While the grill preheats, wash and slice the radishes.
- 8
Grill the flank steak on both sides until it is done to your liking.
- 9
Take the carne asada off the grill and put it onto a cutting board.
- 10
Let the carne asada rest for a few minutes while you set the table and such.
- 11
Slice the carne asada against the grain into thin slices.
- 12
Now break out the tortillas and go make your tacos!!! ¡Ándale Andale!
